baji365 Terms and Conditions

baji365 is an online betting and casino platform that provides various gaming services to users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between baji365 and its user ("you" or "member").

• Each individual may create only one account.
• Opening multiple accounts from the same device, browser, or IP address is prohibited.
• You may not create an account on behalf of or in the name of another person.
• The name and identity provided in the account must match the ownership of the payment method used.

2.3 Identity Verification

baji365 may conduct identity verification at any time. If the required documents are not provided in time, the account may be temporarily suspended. The right to withhold withdrawal processing until identity verification is complete is reserved.

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details — username and password — confidential. Do not share this information with anyone.

• Transferring, selling, or sharing an account with others is strictly prohibited.

You are responsible for all activity conducted from your account, unless you have notified baji365 of unauthorized access in a timely manner.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on baji365 is ৳300. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other scheduled banks). Deposits are only accepted from payment accounts registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Withdrawal requests generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process. Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• baji365 may request additional verification for suspicious transactions.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn if the wagering requirement on the bonus has not been met.

4.3 Transaction Responsibility

baji365 bears no responsibility for funds lost due to incorrect account numbers or details provided during deposit or withdrawal. It is the user's responsibility to carefully verify transaction details.

baji365 offers new members a welcome bonus of 100% on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000. A 25x wagering requirement applies to this bonus, meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before it can be withdrawn.

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. To make this bonus withdrawable, you must place a total of ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets.

• Bonuses can only be used on specific games available on baji365.
• If multiple accounts are created to claim bonuses, all such accounts will be closed.
• baji365 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If you withdraw without meeting the bonus terms, the bonus balance will be deducted.
• Earned bonuses or cashback cannot be transferred to another person.

The baji365 platform offers betting on sports events including cricket, football, and more.

6.1 Bet Rules

• A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled, unless baji365 approves it under special circumstances.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, bets will be settled according to baji365's own rules.
• baji365 may cancel any bet that was accepted due to a technical error.
• If there is an obvious error in the odds or information, the bet will be considered void.

6.2 Casino Games

Both baji365's own rules and the relevant game provider's rules apply to live casino, slots, and other games. In the event of a disconnection during an active game, the outcome will be determined based on the server record.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baji365 platform:

• Using strategies to gain an unfair advantage from bonuses or promotions.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any other automated method.
• Attempting to artificially influence any user or market price.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors or bugs.
• Harassing or threatening baji365 staff.

If any such conduct is proven, baji365 reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit the associated balance.

baji365 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, in any situation, without prior notice. Reasons may include:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false identity or registration information.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Failure to cooperate with an identity verification request.
• Measures necessary for financial security.

You may also request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting our customer support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before closure, provided the account is not being closed due to a terms violation.

baji365 will not be liable for any loss in the following situations:

• Loss in a game or bet due to internet disconnection.

• Natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other unforeseen events.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, baji365's total liability shall in no case exceed the total amount of the transaction to which the dispute relates.
